A fine pair of white-ground gilt ormolu-mounted sevres-style porcelain vases and cover, with enameled white body ornamented with fine gilt cartouche of tooled scrollwork and musical trophies. The cover, neck and socle are in dark red, ornamented with delicate gilt foliate touch, the shoulders are flanked with fine cast ormolu ram heads handles with suspending rings and elongated with laurel wreath, the neck encircled as well with gilt-ormolu berried laurel wreath, surmounted with domed cover with a gilt-ormolu pinecone finial, raised on an ornamented conforming socle and engraved gilt-ormolu circular footed base mounted with ebonised playful putti holding a laurel wreath in his hand on front of base and reverse.
